Landscaping Services

Sprinkler System Installation:
We use commercial grade Rain Bird products from pop-ups to rotors to impact heads. All zones are installed with PVC pipe. There is no area too big or too small for a custom sprinkler system. We also install irrigation pump systems.

Concrete Paving Systems:
We can design and install custom patios, driveways, or walkways with many different shapes and colors using a wide selection of product. We are ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Paving Institute) certified.

Hydroseed (with or without prep):
This is an alternative to sod with about half the cost, depending on seed type. It is less likely to be invaded by a disease or bugs because it grows into the soil that has been prepped prior to application and because it is not imported from a sod farm where creatures can hitch-hike into your landscape.

Installation of Sod:
Depending on your location, we can recommend what type of sod grows best in that area. The only two local types are Blue Grass and Fescue.

Water Features:
There are several options to add water to your landscape. A pond less water feature recycles the water and eliminates standing water at the end of the feature. Creating a waterfall using a Siloam stone slab as the backdrop creates a peaceful atmosphere. How about a bubbling rock in the corner of the yard? Use the force of gravity to install a water feature on an elevated part of your yard.

Final Grading:
All landscapes begin with the most important thing being drainage away from structures to prevent water damage to foundations or flooding of crawl spaces or basements. Yard Crafters has over 15 years in this line of work. Give us a call if you have drainage issues or are beginning a new landscape to ensure proper drainage.

Xeriscaping:
For those of you wanting to conserve water take a look at the many options available from gravel groundcover to low water requirement plantings to state of the art drip systems.

Putting Greens and Artificial Turf:
For those who desire to have green in their landscape but want to conserve water look at many varieties of synthetic grass. We use only the best products with very impressive warranties.

Retaining Wall Systems:
This is a nice option for landscapes that have terracing or multiple elevation changes. To accent the beauty of a landscape there are several types of options such as boulder walls, dry stacked walls, and engineered concrete walls. Call us for the look that would best suite your landscape. We are NCMA (National Concrete Masonry Association) certified.

Fencing:
We can install cedar fences, split-rail, chain link, ranch rail, barb wire, and vinyl fences.

Custom Designs:
Your ideas and your story are what make you unique. We can show that off in your landscape with a custom design. One of our customers, a cancer survivor, wanted the pink ribbon in her landscape. Check it out on our photo gallery.

Planters: We can install one, two, or as many as you want to section off an area of your yard where plants and flowers can grow. Make the planter a raised one and it will give your yard some curb appeal.
